There are regular trains running approx. every half an hour from Royston (a 20 minute taxi ride away) to London Kings Cross and the journey takes around an hour.
The last train (as I write in February) is currently at 23:34, so would definitely allow for a good few hours dancing but do check this closer to the time here.
